Every item has a story to tell in Iris & Jan's serene and airy farmhouse; NL

It was Iris's husband Jan who came across the farm from 1900 completely by chance almost fifty years ago. Renovating the property was hard work, but the couple persevered. Today, the house and barn are a reflection of the couple's compromise of styles - while Iris loves filling the home with imperfect second-hand finds with a story, Jan prefers more sober interiors with room to breathe.
